Good sized rooms and neighbourhood is ideal. Clean and comfortable. Some of the hotel is going through some upgrading, and it affects some of the common spaces. But, value for money in Victoria.

The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful and the room was large and clean. I appreciated the microwave and fridge. However, it was on the ground floor and very noisy because of construction right outside m window and a noisy door in the hallway leading to the stairs just past my room. The breakfast room was small and cramped with almost no seating. I chose it for its great location which was close to the inner harbour attractions and shopping.

So happy with our choice to stay here! The staff was so friendly. The room was clean. The underground parking was great. The location was awesome. We spent our first day on a big walk from the hotel stopping at fisherman’s wharf; odgen point; beacon hill; through the neighborhood of heritage homes; lunch downtown, and came back for a big midday nap at our hotel. It was a great location and the room itself was so cozy. Would definitely recommend!
