Overall my stay was good! However I was under the impression that I paid for a suite with 2 queens bed. Instead I had a suite with 2 full beds and I was not impressed. I was completely disappointed. Staff were pleasant and helpful!

The room was clean, cool, and had great shower water pressure! There is a convenient outlet mall not more than 5 minutes away. It can be a bit tricky making the correct right hand turn from busy SR 60, but there is a slightly longer access area just a half block further east.

My family and I was in Vero Bench for a funeral and from we checked in our 2 room the process was smooth. Mickey at the front desk was excellent. He will be our reason for return as he was 20/10. My aunt left her medicine in the refrigerator and within 3 min of me checking out he called for me to turn around. I love his customer service skills. The room was nice and spacious.
