Modern eco grey flooring with cork underlay. The Studio balcony leads to exterior spiral staircase in indoor courtyard connecting to bathroom and foyer area downstairs. Rainforest showerhead, floating vanity and vessel sink and modern polished concrete flooring. Modern black metal rails on large deck and balcony. No kitchen, but has fridge, 4-1 microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Separate private entrance from street leading to the deck and double front doors. Black beam and natural wood ceiling.
