Seems like a nice place, which is why I booked it for a Valentine's Day getaway with the girlfriend. When we showed up on Valentine's Day night, they informed us that they had a problem with their server, and had somehow lost our booking. With some looking they found our reservation, but then informed us they had no room for us that night but that they would refund our money and give us a complementary stay to make it right. While we did eventually get our money back they did not honor their word for the complementary stay, which is a bummer. Hope your experience is better if you stay here, the location was pretty good.

Location was exactly what we wanted. Internet and tv were spotty and a bummer because of so many connection issues- hard to watch a show or be on the internet. Bed was squeaky and not great. Had to search for staff to ask staff to refill cream for coffee in the morning.

The view/location right on the water was awesome. Dinner at the Shoal restaurant we could not stop raving about. The staff was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the rest was ok at best. The bed was very hard and the shower was subpar with barely any water pressure for washing my long hair. The floor in the bathroom was slopped, felt like I was drunk walking on it. And breakfast was nothing special. We only stayed one night and the location on the water made up for any shortcoming.

Absolutely stunning location and great prices for sunrise or sunset. Friendly staff. Even step out onto the beach on a low tide afternoons or walk on sidewalk north side along hwy 101 to access beach too. Breakfast needs better choices.
