This is a perfect place to stay in Venice. Short walk to all major spots you want to see. The view from the room is amazing. Silva and Carolina were excellent, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included. Hotel has an elevator, and an easy walk up. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable, view of grand canal and Rialto Bridge was gorgeous. Staff and breakfast all top notch. Loved having the lounge area next to our room on 3rd floor with the little balcony we could go out on and watch the bustle of activity. Only complaint was the bathroom was a bit tight, but I think that’s expected in Italy. Great recommendations from staff on restaurants and shops for authentic Venetian food and items. Perfect location for our first trip to this beautiful city. Another surprise about Venice is how clean everything is. Especially compared to big cities in the USA. Did I mention the delicious breakfast buffet? Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel!

Nice location but far to reach from the pier, all the vapor to and boats were on strike when we arrived in the island so we have to carry our luggages to the hotel which took us about 45 minutes crossing bridges and cobblestone streets, otherwise it must be a good spot in summer

The staff like Carolina and Cecilia were exemplary! Were extremely Helpful and insightful! Both helpful and arranged transportation to airport. Carolina helped in securing additional coverlet for me in middle of the night. Was noisy from restaurant directly below us, music going loudly until 2230. AC was not functioning properly on last night but we made do! The location couldn’t have been better so it was worth it! We had balcony room viewing the Grand canal and Rialto, was fantastic view!

Overall the location was great, staff were very helpful as well. The bedroom we had was very dark, dark painted walls and there weren't enough lights in the room. Bathroom was spacious but again too dark and not enough lights.
