La casa flotante es la segunda en el muelle, cerca del estacionamiento. Muy fácil de llegar sin embalar todo su equipo demasiado lejos. Casa flotante tiene un bonito acristalado en el porche delantero, bonita cocina completa, cómoda sala de estar con TV de gran plato, dos dormitorios con literas, baño completo y lavadora / secadora. Dormirá 6 fácilmente. Un montón de espacio para aparcar sus barcos de pato en la parte delantera o trasera, y sus barcos costa afuera más largos a lo largo del lado. Casa flotante es de 52 pies de largo. O que su guía lo recoja!

Venice fishing is the best

Nothing to do with the property, but use bottle water in the coffee pot as venice water is not the best. Add a few more towels and wash rags please, and the gas grill does not work due to salt water corrosion. Other than that the stay was great and excellent fishing.

Perfect for what we needed

It was perfect for us. Easily accessible, clean, and just a good all around camp. Being right off the parking lot made unloading a breeze too. FWIW, it was me, a buddy, and two kids.

Almost 5 stars

Overall this was not a bad place to stay compared to others that I have stayed in there, BUT one big thing was when the tide went out you had to crawl out of the houseboat to get to the pier and to get back in you had to jump down. My wife is short and this was hard for her. The other thing was there was no ice scoop for the ice maker which was not a deal breaker but would have been nice if there was one (other places had them).

Best houseboat!

This was a great house, we stayed here to fish. Excellent location and very comfy beds! The communication with the owner was also amazing, he was very helpful and available. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice boat house

Stay was great! had a little trouble finding the boat house and getting in but no big deal. I did call the owner and ask a few legitimate questions about ac, how to work TV etc because there were three remotes and some were missing batteries. Batteries were delivered the next day while we were fishing and the owner stopped by again to see if ac was working well and it was. What he did not realize is, I was in the bedroom while he was talking to my customer and telling him he just wanted to check on the AC because the lady there before them was complaining about the thermostat showing 72 but then he took it a step further and told my customer "but then again, she complained about everything" It was a nice boat house but if you decide to rent it, don't ask any questions or take the chance of being embarrassed in front of your customers/guests by the owner.

Great Houseboat in Venice Marina

Always a great stay at the Hoos and Blues, and this trip was no different. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay while you get out on the water for some world class fishing! Highly recommended!!!!!

Good place to stay

The house was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Perfect size for a small group of guys on a fishing adventure. Great not having to lug all the coolers and luggage a half mile across the dock. Parked less than 100 feet from the door..

Venice Fishing Trip - Memorial Weekend

Icemaker didn't work, TV didn't work, No internet, dirty towels were left in the washing machine, and clothes in the dryer. stove and oven were dirty. HVAC return air had about an inch is dirt and dust , filter filthy. I replaced the filter and cleaned the vent. I still have not received my deposit back

Red fishing in Venice

Really enjoyed houseboat. Ice machine was not working but called owner. He answered right away. It still would not work but that was ok since only fishing one day.
