Stayed 7-nights. A comfortable and relaxing stay in a wonderful hotel located in one of the best areas in Venice, Cannaregio. Staff, above all, were extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spotless; full marks to the house keeping staff. This is not our first stay here and won't be our last.

Tiny room. Had to go out to change my mind. One side of the bed was against the wall meaning one person had to crawl over the other to get out of bed.Many hazards in the room when going to the bathroom at night. Bathroom light located inside bathroom. 5 inch step to get into bathroom. Only 8 inches of clearance between headboard and luggage platform. You need to turn sideways to navigate past the furniture. Smaller than a NYC hotel room. Not what we expected even for a rack rate room. Don’t recall seeing this closet of a room in the photos. Would definitely NOT recommend for older travellers. Staff were terrific. Pleasant and helpful.

Great location, easy walk to the main attractions at St Marks Square. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room. Adjoining bar/restaurant is very pleasant with good food and there is a nice sitting area upstairs outside the room. They will offer some tours--the sunset boat cruise is well worth it, however the "free" boat to Murano delivers you to a glass factory that has a great demo but then tries to sell you glass objects at 20X the cost at nearby shops.

Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel right on the water. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with a bottle of Prosecco and snacks. The hotel is very quiet and the a/c was nice and cool. We enjoyed the neighborhood- not crowded compared to the Gran Canal. Great eating within minutes of the hotel. And a great bakery just over the bridge. My only complaint is that the shower door isn't sealed enough so water leaks onto the floor.

A stunning stay!

Easily my favorite hotel in Venice. It’s tucked away in Canareggio on a quiet street. My husband and I always love coming to stay here. It’s stunning and they treat you like royalty. The air conditioning is great, bed was super comfy, and they greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco.

This hotel is in arguably the best neighborhood in Venice, with amazing food, beautiful canals, and far less hustle and bustle of the tourist zones. The staff were absolutely incredible, even going so far as to pack us a breakfast for our 3:30 am departure from the hotel via water taxi. Would come back any time!
