Wonderful stay at Corte Rubbi 9. Spotless, great location and good quality beds, linen and appliances. Easy access to shops and major attractions. Great communication between manager and guests. Very responsive. Stairs to 3rd floor would be a climb for elderly, or young children. No lift. Air-con didn’t work on the last night but it didn’t overly affect us. Would recommend this property.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The canal views are excellent and the location is perfect for getting anywhere in Venice. The concierge was great booking a boat pick up from the train station and going to the airport. The apartment itself was clean and newly updated. The only caution is there is no elevator, with three floor of step, they were wide and well li, and good cardio going and coming. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.

Comfortable unit; as described in listing. Views on Venice great hosts; organized arrival and departure water taxis and porters, and very timely responses to questions during our 3 night stay. Great location; 5 minutes one direction to St Marks w great pizza place & gelato along the way, and Rialto Bridge 5 minutes opposite direction. Be prepared for the 65 steps up to unit. Kitchen adequately stocked; moka coffee pot, tea kettle and espresso maker, plus condiments and dish washing needs. Laundry room with soap provided; ventless dryer so be prepared for 2 hour cycle. Decent bathrooms; 1 w larger shower, the other w larger vanity. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, towels and hair dryer provided. Beds super comfortable. Thin walls and ceiling which bothered me; your experience may differ. Great AC. Would be helpful to label wall switches; even after three nights, multiple attempts for lighting success. Overall, an excellent property 9/10. Views on Venice deserves a rating of 12.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment

Just stayed for three nights with husband and teenage sons, location was wonderful, property was fantastic and well stocked. Check-in was easy, staff was immediately available, helping schedule excursions and recommending and making dinner reservations and transports. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with modern amenities. In a quiet corner of Venice so you can get some sleep at night yet walk to either the Rialto bridge or St Mark’s square in 5 minutes. The rental team was great and even met us at our water taxi to navigate us to the flat (which is super helpful if you’ve never been to Venice before!)

Beautiful modern apartment with canal view

Great location for my first trip to Venice! The apartment is beautiful, with luxury touches in the rooms and common areas. We enjoyed the view of a small canal from the living room and both bedrooms. Spotless, modern bathrooms, too. Perfect for two couples. Within a 5-10 minute walk to a grocery store. The woman who checked us in spent 15+ minutes explaining the keypad, where the garbage is, how to get to grocery store, etc. First-rate!

Amazing quiet building and convenient location

Loved this location! Close to so much yet high enough off the street to be quiet at night. There are a lot of stairs to get the apartment number 9, but was very manageable.

A perfect home base to explore Venice

We loved our stay, from the view to the comfort to the (wonderful) air conditioning during a heat wave in Venice. Beautiful apartment with great location

Property management was very communicative and helpful. They even had a representative meet us at the vaparetto station and walk us to the apartment. The apartment building was beautiful and we loved the apartment we rented. It had wonderful canal views. It was updated with nice touches like the bathroom lighting and usb outlets. There wasn’t an elevator which was fine for us, but if you have mobility issues, it could be a problem. The washer and dryer was conveniently located right outside the apartment. It was a shared laundry room, but worked out fine for us. Everyone seemed to be thoughtful of others use of machines. The location was great. We were close to St Marks, but didn’t have the insane crowds. It was close to the Rialto Bridge and easy access to other areas of Venice. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, modern, spacious apartment

I don't know where to begin. This apartment was absolutely beautiful. This 2 bedrooms/ 2 bath was completely updated. The main reason I picked this place was because of the view of the canal with the gondolas. I would just stand at the window admiring the view. the floors, ceilings just everything was so modern, I loved it. The building is very safe, and each floor landing was so unique. There was a washer/dryer on our landing, but I didn't use it. The location was close to everything. We walked to St. Marks Basilica, The Rialto Bridge, St. Marks Square, the Grand Canal, The Bridge of Sigh and so much more. We got on a gondola right in front of where the windows face. Marco was so helpful with arranging a private boat service to the apartment and he also arranged the boat service when we were leaving. The boat picked us up a few minutes away from the apartment and drove us straight to the Marco Polo Airport. I highly recommend this apartment; you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful apartmwnt with everything we needed: comfortable bed, great water pressure in showers and close to everything but nice and quiet. They even arranged a water taxi for us on our departure, which was very helpful.

Nice property with great view

Property was very clean and comfortable. It would not have been easy to find it on our own but Marina greeted us at the ferry and walked us to the property. She also made sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions and even booked an early morning water taxi to the airport for us. Just a note that there are a good number of stairs to get to this unit so if you have an issue with stairs you should try to book one of the lower units. Overall, it was a good experience.
