Overall a good property

Communication with the homeowner was great. Was able to talk with both husband and wife and were very prompt on responses. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to some of the plates and silverware had to be washed more before using, the paper towels were basically out when we arrived and the toilet was not secured in the bathroom and almost I almost flipped it over lol. Homeowner was very prompt with looking at it and while the toilet couldn’t be fixed before we left they ensured we were okay with it. They also promptly brought more paper towels. Overall, what you would expect from a basement rental with some sounds above from the resident homeowner's but overall pretty quiet. Thanks!

Great location and friendly hosts that welcomed me and my pet

The walking and dog friendly paths around here are perfect! Rare two bedroom with lots of windows. I stayed longer than intended as it’s hard to find welcoming dog friendly places this size.
