Room was good. Elevator was painfully slow. Coffee carafes were empty in the morning except for once. Too bad because it’s really good coffee. I will stay here again for the convenience to Roger’s Arena and B.C. Place.

Room was great, front desk was excellent (even let us check in early) and location was great for what our plans were. One star knocked off only because one of the elevators was out of service our entire stay. We were lucky to only be on 5th floor, some people with kids were way up on the higher floors and navigating the stairs was a pain. Lots of places to eat, both at the hotel and around it.
