The room was clean, quiet and spacious with all amenities and a nice view, but a bit old and the bathroom was a little cramped. The lifts are a nightmare, only 2 for the entire hotel and you need to plan at least 5 min to get out. Overall I got a discount for these 2 nights, so good value.

They put a hold on our debit card for twice the amount of our hotel room which put our account in the negative. If not for a relative loaning us money, we would have had to check out early with only enough cash for gas to get home. Would never stay there again. Upon check out today, they still have a $500.00 hold on our card.

Thank you for staying with us during your recent visit to Vancouver and for taking your time to write. All room reservation require a valid credit card to guarantee your room. On the day of arrival, the hotel may temporarily place a hold on your card to check the validity of your credit card, usually one night`s room and taxes. Upon check in, guest`s are informed and are asked to present the physical credit card as proof along with a valid Government photo ID. The credit card is then pre-authorized for the remaining balance of a guest stay including a CAD$50/day incidental deposit. These two different transactions are reflected on two separate lines on your banking statement. The total amount due is processed at check out, any remaining funds held are then released. Depending on each bank, the hold may take up to five business days to complete. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward welcoming you back.

The location was fabulous. The room was great. We swam in the pool! Soaked in the hot tub! ate in the restaurant. The views from our room were spectacular! What else can we say? We loved it.

The location to BC Place & Rogers Arens is excellent. The elevator last are so old...add 20 minutes to go anywhere...you’ll be waiting & waiting. The halls are like saunas...so if you want to go anywhere while waiting on those elevators; you’ll be wet from sweating.
