I was not impressed, there was someone’s hairs in my bed, the remote to the tv didn’t work I was stuck watching the pope all night, and when I got tired of that the fridge wined all night keeping me up, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care that I wasn’t pleased she just asked for my cards and said goodbye. If I don’t receive a call back I will request a manager to deal with this accordingly

I stayed one night at the Sandman Hotel Vancouver and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very nice, the pool was a great bonus, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I did wake up with very itchy bites on my legs, arms, and neck the morning after my stay. I can’t say for certain what caused them, but it only occurred after this night. I wanted to mention it in case it’s helpful for the hotel to look into. Aside from this, I did enjoy my stay and appreciated the comfort of the room and the positive interactions with staff.

Room was too small and the heater was covered in dust. Very noisy. It would come on, on its own even after we turn it off. We asked to have a piece of food (hummus) be removed from the fridge that maybe the guest before us have left. And we asked twice didnt do till we asked the 3rd time. Also you have to pay $25 extra each night for parking that are so narrow might as well bring your bike. The staff are friendly enough but the service is ok. Building is out dated, old, small, dark and uninviting. Never would come back again.
Very dusty as u can see. And accumulation of years of no maintenance
There's like peppercorn in there? Or its rat poo.
