We stayed at this property 2 months ago as well and the Elevators are more broken now than they were then! Only one elevator was working this time, and the buttons even in that one were not functioning properly causing a lot of confusion getting to our floor, not to mention waiting a long time every time for the elevator. Suggest to get an repairman out there to fix. Otherwise, rest of the hotel was fine.

I had to change my hotel because I had an issue with the one I was at in a different location This hotel got me an earlier check in, was able to upgrade my room at a fee but it meant I got it faster. Only thing I would say is I wish they did not charge me for the upgrade. But the room is nice Great service Friendly staff Clean building Clean rooms They accommodated a late checkout as well And the shuttle service is every 30 mins which makes sense. Over I will def book here again and recommend other to book here.

I had a great experience with this hotel, especially the staff. After I had already checked out and was at the airport, my flight got cancelled. The Manager on Duty, Kendrick T, went above and beyond by sending the shuttle to pick me up, checking me back in, and allowing me to stay until 2:00 PM. That kind of support made a very stressful situation much easier. Earlier during my stay, I had a minor issue with my room, and both MOD Karen and Kendrick followed up promptly and resolved it quickly with great professionalism and care. Excellent customer service, responsive management, and a team that truly cares about guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
