Bathroom smelt of raw sewage, very busy area of city, no place really for cab or uber to pick up or drop off in front of hotel, feels like your dodging a collision each time you hop or get into car, hotel does not support uber, only taxi, which the taxis were smelly and dirty, wifi was in consistent, only good thing was the white spot restaurant, will not stay there again,

Easy to get from airport to hotel on the shuttle. Our room was clean with a newly remodeled bathroom. Restaurant on premises is good and necessary because there is nothing else in the area. Located near many car dealerships etc so few amenities like shops or cafes.

We were very much looking forward to staying a night in Vancouver before embarking on our Alaskan cruise. And, at $275 (USD)/night, we expected a well kept, clean hotel with standard amenities, including a microwave in the room and a continental or other breakfast available in the morning. It wasn’t to be. To say that the place has been a disappointment would be an understatement. If we had planned on staying in Vancouver even one additional night, we would definitely looked into moving to a different hotel.

While the hotel appears to be a bit dated, and was awkward to get to, we liked that it was close to the airport. The room & bathroom were clean. The White Spot restaurant on site was quite basic so would look elsewhere to eat if we can. Staff at the hotel & Restaurant were very polite.
