Place was SUPER clean, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and efficient. It would have been even better if they had provided enough towels to match the amount of guests staying (we had 6 guests, they gave us 3 towels). Thankfully we brought our own towels with us. Definitely recommend!!!

Convenient, clean hotel

We were only really there to sleep but stay was good...hot water, super clean, filtered water in a glass that they refill which I appreciate rather than wasting plastic bottles, AC worked well, free parking in their private parking lot, central square is only a few minute walk away. Only thing that was annoying is the confirmation says you must contact them at least 72 hours before to confirm check in instructions - I messaged through hotels.com over a week before and then again 2 days before and they never responded. However, check in was easy, there was reception when we arrived around 630 at night and no issues.

Warm welcome, lovely large clean room, close to square & near to bus station. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Hotel reception was very helpful when I’d sprained my ankle in Valladolid.

Expedia confirmed my booking! Hotel called and canceled my stay because it’s overbooked at the day ( 2 hours before checking in) I spent 2 h on the phone with Expedia to get refund. And was homeless at 1 st night in Mexico after flying 4h . Was not offered any help from Expedia in return! End up staying at the hotel for double price

Not a wonderful stay

The room offered was not what we saw on Hotels.com website. It was a windowless room in the noisy lobby. The desk staff at first was not easy to get along with at until they finally moved us to another room the next day. This hotel while is very clean it is showing it’s wear so don’t expect much. If you don’t mind a noisy street and can not find another hotel this one is acceptable if you are flexible in your expectations. We have visited Mexico over 15 times across 8 states and this hotel falls at the bottom of our list when compared to all the other hotels we have stayed at. Maybe your visit will not be presented with the obstacles we had at this hotel. Look real close to insure this hotel meets your expectations.
