The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, stairwell, foyer and view from the window were Architectural Digest worthy. The staff were welcoming and greeted us with Valencia water. It was a stay to remember.

The room was very clean, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The amenities were more than adequate. The hotel building is very attractive and well located in the centre of Valencia near to many of the tourist highlights. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a lovely stay. Perfect location in the old town. Professional friendly staff and we were welcomed with cava and a personalised note for my husband's birthday. Our room was on the first floor and narrow (106). Because it was on the side of the building and very close to another, it was very dark. But the rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated and immaculate. We would recommend but upgrade to a larger room if possible
