- Practical living-dining room with open kitchen, equipped with a dining table for 4 diners, HD TV and sofa bed of 1.40x1.90 cm.

- Fully equipped American kitchen, with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Italian coffee maker, mixer, water kettle, toaster...

- Main bedroom with double bed of 1.50x1.90 cm with ensuite bathroom.

- 1 Ensuite bathroom equipped with practical shower, washbasin, WC and mirror.



It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

The North train station is a 15-minute walk away and other points of interest include: La Lonja de la Seda, former market of Valencia and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Plaza de la Reina with its Cathedral and the Central Market are just 2 minutes walking.
