This place was disgusting. We werent even there for 10 minutes and left. Garbage amd mattresses thrown outback. The stairs to walk up to your room were so rusted hoping u werent going to fall through! It was my kids 1st time staying away from home it was a horrible experience for them. I wouldn't even sit on the bed but my husband did and said there was something slimy/gritty on the bed. Stains on the sheets. We were out our 66$ but there was no way we were going to stay!

Not satisfied

I asked for a King size bed and was put in a small double bed. We froze all night even having the heater at 75 degrees F. It was not working. It seemed like the owner was not happy that we booked through Travelocity. He said he could have given us the same price for a King size bed if we had just come in instead of booking ahead of time, but was not willing to give us another room, saying they were all booked. There was only a few cars there that night, it was not fully booked.

BATES MOTEL IS ALIVE AND WELL

Short and to the point, do not stay here, I did not feel like paying the big bucks so booked this place on line, had no idea where it was located. I assumed it was downtown, was shocked to find it in the middle of nowhere. Although nothing happened during my two days there it had a very unsafe feel to it. Unless you are "packing" do not stay here, on second thought do not stay here under any circumstances

Not very clean

The room was not very clean at all. The bathroom fan was noisy and there was hair in the tub. I had to clean the room myself before I could use it. The smell in the room was terrible. I will not stay here again. I would rather spend the extra money for more cleanliness.

Definitely no frills here

This hotel was a choice of last resort, and now I know why it was cheaper than any other we found. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and quite difficult to find. While the room was clean, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. My husband and I were both up until past 2 trying to get comfortable without success. No fridge, no coffeemaker, no continental breakfast, and we had to wake someone up to check out at 7:30. It's a good thing we hadn't been looking for luxury, because we certainly didn't find it here.

Disapointment all around

Ok, i know its a older place that they tried to do some improvements, but when the whole place empty they had the nerver to charge me $5 for a nonsmoking room. NO BREAKFAST OR COFFEE, i had to wake someone up to give the key back. There is nothing around this place, dont think you can run nextdoor for some snacks, nothing is close.

DON'T STAY HERE!!

Our room had a shower that continually dripped with no way to stop it, wall paper coming off the wall, curtains falling off the hooks, big cracks in the wall and in the bathroom light. It's in a bad section of town and it isn't clean.
