This old building will seduce you with its calm and authenticity. It was recently renovated in respect of architecture Corsica while providing comfort. The choice of materials and the mottled furniture gives the place charm and authenticity. It is located on an area of ​​one hectare of land.
The house sleeps 6 in 170 m², outside relaxation area. It consists of:

Lovely house
This house is lovely and large and has everything you can need for a relaxing stay in the beautiful island of Corsica. The location is convenient because it is in the Urtaca village and close to the boulangerie but the setting is such that it very quiet and the view from the rooms and the pool is of the hills and greenery. Comfortable beds, all amenities available in the kitchen and for the poolside. Short drive from the Ostriconi beach. Emmanuelle was very helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants and beaches and the check in and check out process was very smooth. I look foreword to returning to this beautiful property in the years to come.

Emma was delightful and her property was gorgeous - beautifully decorated and tranquil and within easy walking distance to a bakery and some wild swimming! Probably the best villa we have ever stayed in (and we are picky and have stayed in a lot)! Thank you Emma, we will definitely be back!

An authentic magical place
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The house is charming, secluded, and beautiful. Urtaca is the perfect little hill side village to get away from the crowds, but still have a very short drive to the beach. All of Emmanuelle's suggestions for places to visit and eat were outstanding. She is a great host. This home truly makes you wish you could stay there forever. I hope we can return one day.

A wonderful week in the Balagne
We had very relaxing family holiday in this well appointed villa. Quiet and secluded, it is part of a small hamlet set in the Corsican hills. A good location where one can reach both the sea and the mountains easily. A charming garden full of fruit trees surrounds the villa. Perhaps the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer, otherwise we were more than happy.

Beautiful!
We had the most wonderful stay at this property. The location is peaceful, with wonderful views - and we particularly enjoyed walking along the footpath to Lama (a gorgeous, crumbly stone town nearby) for pizza in the square. The nearby beach is also beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here - the property is perfect, and we hope to visit again.

Beautiful Villa
The villa and it's gardens are truly beautiful, the property also has a vast vegetable patch that Emmanuelle encouraged us to use - along with grape vines, fig trees and other wonderful fruits! Urtaca is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and relax. A car is essential to visit the surrounding towns and beautiful beaches. Emmanuelle was a delight and couldn't have been more helpful when it came to recommendations regarding the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend!

Superb house in magical location
We loved our stay . The house, which was beautifully decorated, was in the most magical, unspoilt setting. Conveniently located by car, we had a glorious week in the Corsican sunshine. The swimming pool was idyllic and we had all our meals al fresco under the vine covered pergola overlooking the mountains with spectacular views all around us. The hosts were both incredibly friendly, charming and informative. There is a local boulangerie and specialist veal farm in the village. Beautiful beaches can be reached in under thirty minutes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely comfortable, air-conditioned and luxurious. We even got to enjoy fruits and vegetables from the garden. We couldn't have asked for more and look forward to returning some time very soon.
