"This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. Can't recommend this place enough, especially if you're visiting someone in Peoria or Sun City. It costs a fortune to stay within their city limits."

"The perfect home away from home! Spacious, comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved the heated pool and close location to spring training baseball! The host was very responsive. We will definitely look to stay here again! "

"We enjoyed this prooerty very much. The neighbourhood is lovely and walking the nearby trails is wonderful. The house itself is fully equipped and very comfortable. It is also located very conveniently to all conveniences (groceries, shopping, gas etc). The backyard is beautiful with the pool, hot-tub and seating areas. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again."
