Dear John,Thank you for your review! I do understand the frustration of a room that is too dark and I'm sorry that this was your experience. Our last remodel took place in 2019 in which our rooms were updated to the standard design scheme of Four Points hotels. And yes, some guests do feel that it is too dark and because of this we are currently researching potential alternatives to improve the lighting situation in the rooms.We hope you choose to stay with us again soon!

The phone doesn’t work and the tub fills with bath water can’t take a proper shower here and they won’t do anything about it!!! Worst customer service ever!! I definitely need a discount 911

First, a nice room. Had a problem with the door on our first assigned room. They moved us to a new room pronto. Excellent restaurant and that night a wonderfuly entertaining duo.
