Room was really nice and clean. Large balcony and beautiful gardens. There are a few nice bars close by and plenty of eating options. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel! Would definitely book here again when i come back to Ubud. Room service was really nice, they kept my room clean and even added cute flowers each time which I thought was a really nice gesture, something I do have to say is that my shower was really uncomfortable as there was not much water coming out of the shower but other than that the facilities were great! The hotel is beautiful with its own rice farm. The staff was really friendly. Loved it!

Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Only thing I could pick up on was the towels looking very old and grey. All staff lovely and too willing to help. Couldn’t open the safe,rang reception and someone came straight away. Water was cold someone came straight away and was fixed immediately.
