Hermosa casa histórica Tybee ubicado en Fort Screvin. ¡A pocos pasos de la playa norte, el parque Jaycee y el faro de Tybee! Esta hermosa casa de campo con 2 habitaciones, 1 baño, fue construida en 1939 y se remodela ampliamente en 2019. Cuenta con techos abovedados, pisos de pino original, TV Smart HD de 50 pulgadas con cable Comcast e internet, cocina nueva con encimeras de mármol italiano importadas de Carrara y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, baño nuevo con tocador doble, lavadora y secadora. Hay un patio de ladrillos, cercado en el patio trasero, y dos espacios de estacionamiento en la calle.

Great Location!Our family has been staying around the corner from this house for 16 years and needed an extra house for our grown "kids." This one was SO great. It was walkable to our house, the beach, to the park, or to a restaurant or two. Pool was right there and warm enough to swim in January. Would recommend for one or two families. Truly lovely place, really.

The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean! We loved the decor & the neighborhood. The pool is beautiful as are the grounds. We loved our stay so much, we plan to be back next year! Check in was also a breeze!

This property was so beautiful and aesthetic. A perfect little beach cottage with all of the essentials. There were plenty of towels available (bath and beach) which were helpful to have. The house was clean upon arrival and the check in process was easy. We were there for a girls weekend, so one thing we were definitely missing was a full length mirror.

Overall great stay!

The layout of the home was great. The bedroom that shows two beds actually has a small twin bed as well. The beds felt very clean. There are plenty of bath & beach towels, no need to pack beach towels! Wish that would have been more clear in the description but no big deal. It was great to have a washer and dryer. There are virtually no cleaning supplies which would have been nice. As a family with small children it would have been nice to have a broom and vacuum to keep things tidy . Walking around on the sand we brought in got annoying. Coffee maker works! Dishwasher was hard to get started , there’s not an explicit “ON” button, maybe that’s just me being stupid. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels by the end of our week stay. We started with two rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels. The pool was really nice and a very short walk. Walk to the beach was very doable. We decided against a golf cart because parking on Tybee was pretty easy. Parking at 5 Meddin was plenty of room for 3 cars. Overall, it was a great stay ! Very clean but wished there would have been a broom/vacuum & cleaning supplies!

Great vacation get away

Really great house for family vacations. The house is in a prime location on the island and is a walking distance from the beach and lighthouse. Also, a park is located directly behind the house which is good if you are staying with young kids. The house has everything you need for a family vacation.

Best stay ever even in a hurricane!!

We arrived on Wednesday and were met by the manager who was wonderful. The house was spotless and so comfy. We had a wonderful time then Helene showed up!! Even with all the sirens going off we managed to stay safe in the closet! Wonderful vacation

Great time!

We had a great time at Crawford Cottage. The location is perfect - the beach is just down the road a bit and on our bikes we were there in a couple minutes. We biked all over the island, and even the south side was only about a 15 minute ride away. We loved the decor of Crawford - updated and cute. The layout worked well for us on a girls weekend, with the 3 separate bedrooms. We would stay here again for sure and are already talking about our next Tybee trip.

Beautiful & Comfortable

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool (pay additional fee to have it heated above 65 and it is perfect) and lovely park were family favorites. The walk to the beach and lighthouse was quick and easy to navigate. The entire family agrees we would all opt to return to Crawford Cottage for our next Tybee Island vacation!

Very nice, close to beach

The place was great, very clean. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint would be we were told the pool was heated. It was ice cold and called to ask and was told it’s only heated to 65 degrees to prevent freezing. That’s not the same thing as telling people the pool is heated. I expected it to be still usable with weather in the 70s but it was not. Ice cold. And that was a major consideration for us in selecting a place. But otherwise everything was great.

Amazing location in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive or walk to all the restaurants.

Amazing week spent on Tybee Island. The shared pool was great my son loved it. Short walk to the beach so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Quiet neighborhood, and nice outdoor space.
