Beach just outside your door! Steps to the pool!

This charming ground-floor condo is located on the Northern end of Tybee Island, near
the lighthouse and 1 mile from the Southern end where most shops and the
pier are located. So many exciting updates were made to this unit in the off season. You will love it! It is ideal for couples.

The kitchen has a full size stove/oven rather than the apartment size found in some of the Beach and Racquet units. There is a king bed in the bedroom.

This unit offers a TV in the living room and bedroom. The owners have also provided wifi so that you can stay connected during your vacation. We highly recommend unplugging and enjoying the beach!

The balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail and watch the ships come and go. We are technically at the junction of the Savannah River and the Atlantic Ocean, and the beach is only steps from the condo.

The Savannah Beach and Racquet Club has well-maintained grounds with a view of shrimp boats and commercial ships as they come and go from the port of Savannah. There are 3 tennis courts, 2 beach side swimming pools, and BBQ grills. We are a 20 minute drive to historic Savannah and 1 hour and a half from Hilton Head, S.C. Beautiful sunsets and dolphin sightings are common.

This condo overlooks the pristine pool as well as the beach. A boardwalk from the pool deck leads you directly to the. The beach is wonderful for long walks, shelling, fishing and bird watching. If you like to swim in the ocean, you should know that there are no life guards on the North beach, but there are on the South beach, less than a mile away.

This is a gated complex and there is parking for 1 vehicle per condo. Parking is strictly enforced. You will be issued 1 parking pass and it must be displayed on your dash during your stay. All unauthorized vehicles are subject to ticketing by SBRC management.

This complex does not allow pets, period. This is strictly enforced by SBRC management.

Location was perfect! Steps from the beach! Beautiful sunrise/sunsets! Amazing to watch a shrimp boat from the beach with tons of dolphins! No need for a dolphin tour when you can see them from the beach. The Condo was perfect for just 2 of us; equipped with all essentials needed. Bonus, it also had beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella! Great area where you can walk for coffee, pizza, and ice cream! Recommend this condo

Amazing beach area!

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! The space was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, including a great shower and a lovely balcony to relax on. The pool was perfect, but the real highlight was the beach area. It felt private and peaceful, and we were blown away by the wildlife, dolphins, blue and fiddler crabs, hermit crabs, pelicans, and even a blue heron feeding right off the shore! It was such a serene escape, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful condo, within quick walk to calm beach. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you aren’t into crowded beach scene. The pool and all condo amenities were above and beyond. Only tiny complete we had was A/C. We were not able to adjust below 70 degrees. It got a little hot at night, even with fans but the condo was so great we did our best to overlook.

We enjoyed our stay on Tybee. Communication with the property management and check in was very easy. Was a little disappointed in the condo we stayed in. The bed was terrible, and the floor had many areas where it sank in. It's in need of some TLC.

Spring Get Away

This unit served my purpose. By pulling the curtain to the right side of the sliding doors it prevented a line of sight into the unit from everyone who was walking up the steps. On season the location of the pool and the walkway might be more bothersome for some guests. The pictures in the listing show how close it is to the pool. The remodeled bath is well done and a handheld shower head is a plus. Furniture could stand an updating particularly the mattress.

This place was perfect for our needs. We were looking for a place which would serve as a comfortable spot to rest after some busy days of touring and family gatherings. Loved location, property comfortable, but could be awesome . The owner needs to Lose a cabinet and install dishwasher. Also, for the most part clean but we found previous visitors clothing and dishes left under bed. Hall vent filthy and needs new filter and cleaned. Also, I’m Pretty sure it needs to be treated for termites. We had winged bugs entire time and thought they flying ants until we saw where they were chewing hole around sliding glass doors. I was going to let all this go because we loved location but My final text to I’m guessing property management was crickets from whoever. However, we truly enjoyed our stay enuf if things are taken care of for future, we would rent again for a whole week. The location is perfect.

Weekend vacation

We got married last weekend and decided to do a “mini moon” this weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Only thing we did not know when booking was that the beach the place is on is a small beach compared to the main strip. It gets pretty small when the tide is up especially, but if you don’t mind that like we didn’t then it really is great.

Amazing location and home!

We had a great time staying here! We could see the beach/sunset from our balcony and were very close to the pool. Noise from the pool was never an issue! Lots of dolphins to watch from the beach, which was only steps away. Amazing communication and check in! We would definitely stay again!
