Roll Tide Roost - Complex swimming pool - close to shopping!

Welcome to Roll Tide Roost!

This an adorable and cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located right in the heart of Tuscaloosa! Exactly 1.1 miles from stadium, and under a mile to shopping, & restaurants! You will have access to complex amenities, like a swimming pool, that is open seasonally. The condo has been completely updated and renovated! The living, dining rooms and kitchen are an open concept and allows you to whip up some game day snacks while still being around the rest of the group! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and supplies you will need to create the perfect meal! The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to sit around and watch the game or maybe cozy up during the colder months and turn on the fireplace while playing board games!

The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has 2 Twin-XL beds and a bathroom located next to the room that has a tub shower as well.

This is a pet friendly property, but it must be requested paid for after booking comes through.

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
