"The staff was amazing, flavio was extremely helpful with all things needed for our room, as well as Griselda always keeping our room beautiful and clean not to mention the absolutely beautiful swan towel designs that she left us, her sense of humour was contagious, Cayetano was so sweet and attentive always checking up on us at the beach and giving us great dinner recommendations, he was such a nice person and we look forward to seeing everyone again! "
