We had to give a 50$ cash deposit even though we booked through Expedia! It was refundable, I usually don’t carry cash so I was concerned when they told me I could not check in until I paid the deposit! Luckily they let me deposit 43$ instead of making me go to an atm! Our room was NOT clean! It had dust and dirt on all baseboards! There was blood splatter from needle use on the bathroom ceiling and mirror! We brought our own bedding and I was glad I did! Sad part was I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got back from a concert and actually had time to look at the room!

My first room was missing a shower head and smelled like cat spray. My second room had dirty shower walls and smelled like smoke. You could hear everything, the local area was very loud and you could hear everything. When it rained, there were homeless people camped by the elevator. The breakfast had COLD biscuits and gravy, toast without any butter or jam or anything, and make-your-own waffles which we got sick after eating.

My room was very dirty there was hair all over the bed the bathroom was disgusting there was crockroaches all over the bathroom floor I told the receptionist to please change my room beacause how dirty it was he seemed not to care but did ended up changing my room,but later someone tried to go in my room as they had giving them the room the just changed me too ,sleeping at night was impossible people will stand near my door and talk super loud at night the place feels super unsafe would never recommend for anyone to stay here it not even worth the price

Thought I could trust the name Quality Inn they are usually decent. This place is old dirty and ran down! When I went to check in the guy says let me make sure your room is clean. I’m like okay but thinking uh oh! Was surprised that the outside was so ran down but went ahead and checked in because my room was non refundable. I got to my room and opened the door and there was stuff on the floor! They didn’t even vacuum! Even the light switch cover was old dirty and dated! Walked in looked around and just couldn’t do it. Took my key back to front desk told them I wasn’t staying there and ended up going to another hotel and having to pay for that! Because I was just to tired to drive home

SF don't stay here

I felt unsafe, the window was broken and a small push would have let someone in. The tv and phone did not work, there were roaches all over the place. Do not recommend for single women!!!

I had an awful experience. The front desk was not very helpful although he wasn't rude. The room was dirty and I regretted booking online. I was originally planning to stay for 3 nights but only lasted a few hours and left as soon as I could secure another location. They kept my deposit informing me it would be returned. Don't stay here unless you are desperate.
