I had two booked stays the first stay was fine I had to cancel second stay to something that came up was 3 days in advance and purchase the cancellation ins and they still denied the refund I would never use this company or hotels.com ever again not a good deal at all both blamed on each other so lost money when I tryed to protect myself….. do not do and the canelation fee is price as booking fee I have proof off all of this but it won’t let me submit my proof it’s all just a joke but said my ins is still good but that’s only for accidental death if I’m dead don’t need my money
