Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The HIGH CHOLESTEROL desk attendant supposedly named Susan (Not sure because I asked for her name both over the phone and in person) was horrible and should be fired for how EXTREMELY rude she is not only over the phone but in person. I will say their rooms are actually great I've stayed here once before but the employee they choose to represent their company says a lot about them.

Conveniently located near the expressway for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable room and bed. The free breakfast had a lot of options including hot scrambled eggs and sausage but they have a rule against taking food back to your room and I do like to eat breakfast in my room while watching a morning TV news program.

Room had dirt on the walls, in the shower and the toilet, a hole in the wall by the bed and carpet pulled away. Roaches and the telephone was pulled out of the wall, making a call for help or services impossible. I reported all of this the first night and it was never resolved. I had an issue getting a rental car my first day, but I got one the second day and stayed in the car. I cannot recommend anyone to stay here based on saving money, only as a very last resort would I stay here.
