> The 3 bedroom -flat extends across two floors and is located in a historical house right in the historic city center of Tuebingen.
> More features are the daylight bath with tube and shower, a full equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and stove. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm) and the possibility to get another single bed on top (90x100cm). In the living room you will find a cozy sofa bed -where two more people can sleep.

It is a steep climb
I have been to Tübingen many times and this was my first stay in the Altstadt. The location is fantastic, and it is very cool to stay in such a historic property. But….the website description should let clients know this is an attic unit, a very steep, 4-story climb on an ancient, narrow and winding staircase. Not easy for two 65+-year-old women with suitcases. The unit is really just two bedrooms, the third being a fold-out bed in the living area. And the second is up yet another very steep flight of steps, treacherous for anyone unsure of their footing. Lastly, the recommended parking at the train station is almost a mile away. I’m a walker so I didn’t mind, but renters need to know that. I loved the location and was charmed by the building but I might have thought twice if I really knew the nature of this space.

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean, internet was zippy and all the necessities were provided, with the exception of soap and shampoo. I thought an apartment for rent should have those at the least. We ran out of toilet roll quite quickly too as there was only one for the five of us. However, the owner was quick to respond and got someone to bring more over the next morning. Thank you for that! Overall, a pleasant stay. (:

Excelent Apartment in the Heart of the City
The apartment is very well located in the city center, next to the City Hall (Rathaus) and Maktplatz, where there is a fair of agricultural products almost every morning. In this daily market are available besides products of the region, also breads, cheeses and other local specialties like sausages and ham. How good is to wake up in the morning and to be a few steps of fresh products to acquire. Actually the main square and the city hall as well as the St. George's Collegiate Church (Stiftskirche ) are only a few steps away, and the existing castle (Schloss Hohentubingen) is located on the same street, about two hundred meters away. It is possible to stop the car in front of the door of the building to leave and pick up the suitcases. The apartment was recently renovated, with perfect heating, great area, perfectly accommodated six people, and would have room for another one or two with no problems. It has included wireless internet access service, there is a laundry in the basement.We were very well served with all the bed linen and excellent bath towels. Despite having only one bathroom, excellent by the way, having a bath and a shower, a toilet is available on the floor immediately below. The owners were extremely attentive and besides suggesting a few places to park, they manage to get us a place close by as we were traveling with an elderly person. The complete and modern kitchen had all the items to prepare and enjoy the meals, with cutlery, quality porcelain, glasses and cups. I recommend this apartment for all the great qualities.

Jonas ci ha accolti e ci ha mostrato l'appartamento che è in una posizione perfetta e centrale per visitare il centro storico. In un tipica casa storica 'appartamento è ben ristrutturato, il riscaldamento autonomo rende la casa molto cofortevole. Perfetto per 3 persone. Assolutamente consigliato!!
