    "Pros: This is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The mountain views are incredible. Very charming. Spa services were top-notch. If you get a massage, ask for Joel. He has the hands of Thor. Overall, very friendly and welcoming staff--shout to Ariana at the reception who went above and beyond. Cons: Services at spa and poolside bar are a little expensive in my opinion, so be prepared to spend some cash if you use these amenities. Also, it's a little far from the center of town (a good 10-15 minute drive because of the road conditions). Wish the hotel had bikes, so visitors could ride the into town. Walking is probably a solid 20-30 minutes. Overall: I loved it and would consider coming back!"
