Good afternoon. Service people very nice. Main problems: -Cold shower, reported it and never got fixed. Only excuses -No water bottles in room -Hotel was empty and very persistent to leave by the hour eventhough we were consuming in the pool snack bar -Didn’t make room up until after 5:00 pm Everything was nice and staff very nice.

Fata limpieza en los cuartos que se usan de bodega, ellos del 4 piso permaneció abierto y sucio durante los dos días. el lavabo de mi cuarto estuvo tapado durante mi estancia, lo reporte pero no hicieron nada. Las habitaciones esta totalmente mal aisladas del ruido, se oye todo lo de afuera y lo de los cuartos adjuntos. Todo lo demás bien.
