I like the hotel employees, airport transportation, rooms and pool. Not the area where it is located in we had to take Uber or taxi to go around. The hotel cafeteria food is from the restaurant but it’s too pricey and not even good. The employees from the cafeteria are very rude.

I've been staying here off and on for about 15 years. This is my preferred hotel near the Mexico City Airport. It's very comfortable, quiet, high quality without being that expensive, and there is a free 24 hour shuttle too and from the airport.

Nice option for MEX Airport access
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms in the room comes with very thin toilet paper and no tissues. Important to note the room key is needed to operate any lighting and room conditioning (heat or A/C) This is very energy efficient but surprising if you are in bathroom and someone leaves the room with the key card. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Airport shuttle is convenient. Would stay again.

A wonderful hotel
We needed to stay one night in Mexico city for a connecting flight. Rather than choosing an American owned hotel we chose Hotel Riazor. So very nice! Rooms were upscale abs beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and very non- American. Service was outstanding and everyone was so kind. We are so glad we ventured away from the typical ameeican chain hotel. Oh and free shuttlw to the airport. Thank you to the staff of Hotel Riazor

Kudos to the staff
I was especially grateful that they had a room ready when we arrived at 8 AM. What a welcome accommodation as we had traveled since 11PM the previous evening. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions and gave us recommendations. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice bonus.
