Living & Kitchen Area: The open living space includes a comfy sofa, tv and fully equipped modern kitchen that is stocked with all the basics so guests can efficiently prepare and enjoy meals during their stay.

Bedroom: Well-appointed bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, ample pillows and luxury bedding; dresser and small workspace for any remote work needs.

Bathroom: Full size bath with all the comforts of home, including luxury towels and essential toiletries; includes a walk-in shower.

Laundry: A full laundry area with washer and dryer.

Front Porch & Back Decks: Enjoy the front porch space that is adjacent to the coffee shop and your own private and covered patio with a small, fenced courtyard in the back.

PETS:
We are able to welcome 2 DOGS at this property (with pet fee). If you have more than two, please contact us for consideration - which, if approved, would require an additional $25 fee. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home and must be on a leash when outdoors to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags.Also, we ask that pets are kept off furniture.


HOUSE RULES & OTHER NOTES:
- Primary Renter must be 25 or older
- Smoking / vaping strictly prohibited
- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed
- Quiet hours are 9:00 pm until 8:00 am
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (2 people) at any time
