Not as expected.

The gite is positioned well away from roads and it is very quiet. From the gite we saw wild boar, deer, hares and much more wildlife. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The gite has a dining area, a very small kitchen, a good sized bedrooom and an open mezzanine level which has a good view. Outside has a small stoned area for sunbathing.We found the cleanliness of the property to be below standard. Also we found the stairs to be very steep and blocked access to the kitchen sink. We felt parts of the property were left unfinished with detatched skirting boards and loose flooring.Unfortunately after a week we noticed fresh rodent droppings under the sink amongst the pots and pans. We cleaned up and they returned the next morning.For this reason we would not use this property again.

Wir waren Mitte August 2025 bei Jaques im Gite. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft Tremereuc , was wir aber sehr mochten. Jaques ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber der immer einen guten Tipp hatte , was man sich so in der Umgebung anschauen kann und wo man gute Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Auch Tipps für die Gastronomie im Umkreis hatte er für uns und diese Tipps waren alle sehr wertvoll. Das Gite hat unten eine kleine Kochküche mit Mikrowelle, Elektroherd und verschiedene Küchengeräte (leider keine Spülmaschine) . Ein kleinerer Aufenthaltsraum befindet sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss , diesen haben wir aber mehr als Abstellort für unser Equipment genutzt. Im Obergeschoss (über eine relativ stelie Leiter erreichbar) befindet sich dann das Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und WC , ein Schmuckstück und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Des Weiteren gab es im Obergeschoss eine offene Terrasse wo man abends sitzen konnte und auch mal ein Wäschestück auf die Leine hängen konnte.Wir haben aber unsere Abende sehr gerne vor dem Gite auf dem schöne gestalteten Vorplatz mit Gasgrill verbracht und das gute Wetter genossen, Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Jaques sehr genossen und die Lage war sehr zentral zu verschiedenen , sehenswerten Ortschaften wie z.B. Dinand (10 Km), St.Briac sur mer (12 Km) und St. Malo ca.16 Km um nur einige zu nennen. Der Radweg ist nur 300 m entfernt und so konnten wir viele unserer Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad tätigen . Jaques war ein toller Gastgeber.

Séjour très agréable, assez calme (parfois présence de machines agricoles, bruits de voisinage TRÈS proche) dans ce petit duplex bien aménagé mais à l'équipement assez basique. L'emplacement est parfait pour rayonner entre Dinan, Dinard et Saint-Malo, voire la baie du Mont Saint Michel. Propriétaire très accueillant aux judicieux conseils d'activités et de visites sans oublier les restaurants où manger sans souci.

La maison des oiseaux

L'accueil d'annick était parfait. J'ai reçu toutes les informations en amont et elle nous a même gentiment proposé d'arriver plus tôt. Elle a accepté notre petit chien et même notre chat. La maison est conforme à la description avec des jolis meubles chinés. La literie est très confortable. Le cadre est enchanteur avec ce joli jardin et le chant des oiseaux pour seule compagnie. Seul petit point à préciser: je ne recommanderai pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite car l'escalier est un peu raide. Merci à Annick et Jacques pour ces quelques jours merveilleux.

Location charmante dans un écrin de verdure

Le gite se trouve en pleine nature mais non loin de nombreux sites à visiter (Dinan, Dinard, cancale, Saint Michel). La décoration est de bon goût, la literie très bonne et les hôtes des plus sympathiques. Le petit patio est idéal pour passer de mémorables soirées à l'abri. La communication à propos des modalités de location s'est très bien passée.

Geweldig !!

Zeer warme ontvangst in de gite ! De eigenares stond ons op te wachten, en leidde ons rond.... Heerlijk klein huisje, met een verassend boventerras.... Er wachtte ons ook nog een presentje op het keukentafel. De rust is hier overweldigend.... Ook de poes Tigrou, en buurhond Flint kwamen ons regelmatig bezoeken ! Wij hebben ervan genoten !! Bedankt Annick en Jacques voor de zakige ontvangst en ons dit pareltje te leren kennen ! Groetjes Nicole en Ernie XX

Région à découvrir

Le gîte d'Annick est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir cette région de Bretagne. Sans faire de longs trajets, vous pouvez visiter Dinan (ville médiévale qui vaut le détour), Dinard (station balnéaire), Saint-Malo et ses remparts ainsi que le Cap Fréhel et son très beau Fort La Latte. Même le Mont Saint Michel n'est qu'à une cinquantaine de kilomètres. Le logement est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant, en pleine campagne. Il convient parfaitement à un couple et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. L'accueil est au Top et Annick est toujours disponible pour tous types de conseils. Mon épouse et moi-même avons passé un très agréable séjour.
