Comfortable house in beautiful area

We loved the house! It’s extremely well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. It’s also plenty large enough for people to be able to have their own space. We loved how well-stocked the kitchen was and really enjoyed the front porch. And it’s within easy reach of many appealing places to visit—dunes, beaches, climbs, and towns. We would happily return!

Family Fun at the Farmhouse

The house worked out well for three generations of our family and a grand dog. Centrally located for the locations we wanted to visit - Mackinac Island, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen. Meals, games and jigsaw puzzle on the oversized dining table. Places to walk, fire pit for s'mores and pie iron dinner. Sleeping accommodations for all of us and three bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Katy was most accommodating.

Fall at the Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. We stayed with another couple and the house is laid out in such a way that we had a beautiful space for eating and relaxing together, but had our own privacy at night. This home could easily accommodate 6 adults giving each their own shower/bath and bedroom. Certainly great for a couple families as well. The walkout basement would provide a great space for kids to sleep and hang out as there was a tv area in the basement too. Very clean, as shown in pictures. We will definitely consider another stay!

Great property for families

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maple City Farmhouse. There were 4 bedrooms across three levels which was ample for 2 families totaling 11 people in our group. Only drawback of the property was that it was atleast 15-20mins drive from anywhere and especially the closest grocery store is 25mins away, so plan for it. It was also in the middle of places we wanted to visit (i.e. Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor). Beyond that, the property itself was very clean. There were more than enough games/toys for kids. The basement had a separate living space which was a surprise. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. It took us some time to figure out the induction cooktop as we had not encountered one before. Best part was sitting outside on the front porch and drinking coffee in the morning. No complaints! Highly recommend.

Maple City Farmhouse

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Maple City Farmhouse. The house had plenty of space for the five of us with room to spare for more people if needed. It gave us the flexibility to cook meals at the house or enjoy area restaurants. It’s located about 20 minutes from both Glen Arbor and Traverse City, and we had fun exploring both. There is some road noise, but only noticeable when we were sitting outside. Overall, however, we recommend this house. It was clean, spacious, and close to area attractions.

Wonderful Michigan Vacation!

We had a great time at the Maple City Farmhouse. Was just as described and they think of everything for your stay. We in the perfect location for visiting Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes and other locations in the area. Would highly recommend!

A wonderful place to stay!

We had a great week staying at the house. Katy was very responsive and made everything easy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house, and we loved reading on the cozy front porch. :) We cooked most of our meals at the house, and used the grill on the back deck. We felt like we were within 20 minutes or so from so many things.....Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, a winery, and so many cute little towns. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend

We a had an amazing time at Maple City, the house has a great location right in the middle between Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traveler City. Quiet neighborhood planty if space to relax outside on the deck or up front on porch. Beautiful houses well equipped with all necessary amenities. We had and amazing time and definitely will be back again.

Peaceful, comfortable, farm house

Amazing house and property. Very quiet and relaxing. Huge back deck and very nice front porch. We had five adults staying here and it was very comfortable for everyone in their own spaces. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We would stay again without hesitation!

Great spot!!

We were staying in area for my son’s college graduation with family and the house was perfect! So so clean, and it fit us all and still provided everyone with some privacy. House and property is beautiful and has everything you need. Owners were super easy to get in touch with. We had a great time!

Perfect Getaway!!

Everything was ready when we showed up to start relaxing! Only a half hour from a couple of places we wanted to hit like tubing, skiing and the famous Boones. The place was big enough we all slept comfortably and we had a great time. Thanks Katy for a great trip!

Christmas delight!

The property was just as advertised and accommodated our group of eight nicely. We had an unusual winter thaw and ended up spending a lot of time working puzzles, playing games and cooking at the property. Our two dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We would definitely rent this property again.

Nice Fall stay

Very clean property just as photos show. Plenty of room with a full finished walkout basement. In a central location of the Leelanau peninsula so there were nice driving times. Katy did a great job communicating and the check in went fine. Just a little disappointed with the amount of road noise we heard, it’s not M-22 but gets plenty of traffic, so take this in consideration if your looking for solitude. The only big drawback was the quality of the king bed upstairs, horrible. My wife and I moved down to the queens that were much more comfortable.

Great location

This location is 20 minutes driving distance from everything, so its very well situated to see multiple areas conveniently. The management company was very helpful and responsive when a fire alarm battery expired and started beeping. Great kitchen for cooking your own food.

Perfect location if you want to bounce around the M22 area! We stayed for 5 nights at visited the dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland, and Traverse City! This house seems to be 15 minutes away from everywhere!

Great house!

What a beautiful house and property! We had age ranges from 65 to 94 and the house accommodated all our needs. Ground floor bedrooms and bath for the 92 and 94 year olds, lower level walkout bedroom/bath accommodation for two of us with dogs and a second floor master with a beautiful bathroom for the other person in our party. The great room kitchen living room was perfect for us all to be together cooking, watching tv and hanging all together. There was plenty of room to gather for when our children and grandchild (whom we came to visit) joined us for an evening, as well! The bonus was that there were even some toys and games for them to play with :). We would stay at this house again if we plan another visit in the future. It’s also close enough to town to make going back and forth quick enough.

Great Family Getaway

We needed a place for three couples and four kids to have our family Christmas getaway. This property could not have been more perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our all too brief stay. It was great for the entire family to unwind and spend time together. Katy and her team were fantastic and answered our many questions up to and during our stay. This will be on our list of homes to revisit again in the future.

Perfect girls get away weekend

This was a great setting for our girls get-away. The accommodations were very nice and close enough to have a driver pick us up for a wine tour. Hiking and restaurants are a close drive away.
