The receptionist was a lovely lady and she looked after us well despite being a bit early. Very nice lady and made us feel welcome. Room was clean and we got exactly what we paid for, great value. As Dubs, we were shocked at how nice the hotel was the price we paid. All the best to the staff.

Benner’s Hotel is in a perfect location if you’re looking for accommodation in Tralee town. Staff was excellent! They were extremely helpful with any questions I had. Welcoming and helpful staff, good cleanliness. Room was ok, beds comfortable but toilet seat was too small for toilet and wasn’t attended to despite us reporting it. Fire door in hallway bangs loudly each time used due to door closer not working properly making it difficult to sleep. Hotel is very central so external noise to be expected.
