This house was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 6 young kids. Oldest boys loved the bunk room and all the games and sport options on the first floor. The views of Chesapeake Bay were beautiful! Really enjoyed the sunrises. The back screened in porch was perfect to sit and enjoy the views. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Place

We had a fabulous time at Washington's Retreat! The house has ample space and a waterview from every bedroom. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyed by all. The best part about the house is the spectacular view of the bay!

Beautiful location, right on the water. Lovely pool and a well equipped house, close to both Washington, DC and Annapolis. Five adults and five teenagers all had a great time!

Amazing Stay

House is gorgeous and spacious. Plenty of towels, linens and kitchen items. It had everything we needed. Online VRBO listing is accurate. Communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is up to date and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked for those that like to cook. ITRIP Annapolis was very responsive to all requests and issues.

My friends and I had a wonderful time!! The house was so nice and so spacious - felt like it kept getting bigger and bigger! It had everything we needed and was easy to get in and out. And a gorgeous view! Thank you all for such a nice stay!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay overall. The house is situated on the bay itself with a short walk down to a tiny private beach. Highlight was the pool! Plenty of space to spread out and huddle for our group of 10. Look forward to coming back!

Great family weekend

Beautiful property! The house was well maintained, clean and well-equipped, and all the details and amenities were very thoughtful. Our family of eleven, ranging in age from 9-80 years old, especially enjoyed the pool and kayaking from the small beach area. Thanks very much - we'd love to go back!

Our family vacation this year was at the Washington Retreat. This property was lovely. The house has been very well maintained. It came equipped with just about everything. The location was very picturesque. It was also very convenient for day trips to Washington, DC and Annapolis. Although the family enjoyed using the kayaks, we would have wished for was a more swimmable beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing & Clean home away from home.

The home was wonderful! So clean and spacious! Very modern beachhouse style home with an amazing view. We loved waking up every morning to see the sunrise. Host was very accommodating and professional. 5/5! Highly recommend this property!

Easy check in. Very nice kitchen. WiFi went out 2x. TV remotes required some looking. Great host support! Note: grill was very dirty, as was the outside trash area. Beautiful home and pool!

2025 Cousins Mother’s Day Weekend

We loved loved our stay!!!! Cousins from NC, VA, PA, DE along with me from MD met at the Tracey’ Landing/ Washington Retreat Property! The seven of us had more than enough space to enjoy each other & time alone taking in the beautiful ocean view & comfy accommodations. Everything was well stocked from the kitchen items to bathroom & bedroom essentials. We are ready to book for next year already!!! Thank you for helping to make this year’s Cousins Mother’s Day Weekend such a memorable occasion!!!

Family Get Together

This house was beautiful. Gorgeous views. The accommodations were first class. The entire family had a great time. Kayaking on the the Chesapeake was easy and lots of fun. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate all but one dinner at the house. The game room was a blast for all.

Exceeded my expectations and they were HIGH!

We stayed at Washington's Retreat for our son's graduation from the Naval Academy. It was about a 45 minute drive the yard but well worth the commute. Our large family greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, games, deck, pool, hot tub and large layout, space for everyone! ITrip was extremely responsive and thought of all the details ahead of time so we did not have to worry. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Tranquil getaway!

This is our 2nd trip to this lovely home. It is very clean and stocked with everything a traveler could want. We love the peaceful quiet neighborhood and the view of the bay from the screened in porch. As an older couple the house is really too big for just the two of us, but we love that our small poodle can accompany us! The pool is very relaxing and heated. Because we are older getting into the hot tub is a challenge and we would really appreciate the addition of an inexpensive portable railing. We enjoyed dining at Jesse Jays Latin Kitchen, Stan & Joes and the Chesapeake Market and Deli, all yummy! Hope to be back next year.

House was clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the sunrise. Game room provided much entertainment for whole family. Definitely would love to come back to stay during Spring/Summer time to enjoy the other outdoor amenities.

Gorgeous Family Vacation by the Bay

What a perfect place to vacation with a large family! Grandparents, kids and grandkids all had the best time in the well-stocked home, fabulous pool and gorgeous bay! Waking up to the views every morning was just the icing on the cake. The owners thought of every amenity and even included pool toys and plenty of life vests in all sizes. The kids reported how much they loved the bunk bed room. Thank you for making our first family vacation in a very long time the best!!

All weather house with a great view

Celebrated my wife's 40th birthday with a group of friends. The salt water pool is phenomenal and the game room and screened in living room helped us wait out a lightening storm. Great place for a lower key weekend. Due to the proximity of neighbors, a respectful approach to noise is required.
