"Outstanding stay from start to finish! We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the views were absolutely incredible from the corner room. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the Financial District, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the bathroom was equally large and beautifully maintained. The service, accommodations, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. This is easily one of the best places to stay in the area, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was as expected except the bathroom door is a barn style door that refused to stay closed. Slid itself ooen every time and there was no latch. Ended up jamming a towel under it so it stayed. Everything else was good and clean."

"The airport shuttle was a joke! It says every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and half. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude. Noriah at the front desk was great. She requested our rooms were cleaned as a priority since we were there early but it was still 4pm before they were ready. The bar/restaurant was expensive. $3.25 for a bottle of water was ridiculous! The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again."
