Italien pur

Das Objekt befindet sich im alten Ortskern von Toskolano und schon bei der Auffahrt zum Haus durch die engen Gassen fühlt man sich mitten in Italien. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, vor allem für uns als Hundebesitzer zum Hundestrand. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick zum See und die Zimmer waren praktisch und urig eingerichtet.

Parkplatz und Wohnung ohne Balkon schlecht

Zur Wohnung gab es zwar einen Tisch im Innenhof, aber Urlaubsstimmung kam beim Anblick Terracotta-Roter Wände nicht auf. Der ausschlaggebende Punkt jedoch ist die extrem enge, steile und mit ungünstigen Winkeln versehene Auffahrt zum Parkplatz. Das Kupplung und Träger keine Schäden hatten, gleicht einem Wunder. Der Gardasee ist super, aber diese Unterkunft ist bei uns krachend durchgefallen. Selbstverständlichkeiten wie Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit, fallen da nicht ins Gewicht.

Schöne Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft mit sauberen Zimmern, leider sehr hellhörig, mann kann beim Nachbarzimmer jedes Wort mithören. Zufahrt sehr schmal, nur bis Mittelklasse Auto zu befahren, die nicht zu breit sind.. Pool und Anlage sehr sauber, mit Kindern macht das richtig Spaß.

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Überzeugen kann die Villa definitiv mit ihrer sehr gepflegten Außenanlage und den beiden Pools mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Unsere Wohnung war für 6 Personen (2 Erw.+4 Kinder) ausreichend groß mit einer schönen Terrasse direkt zur Außenanlage. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber für einen Urlaub okay. Die Küche hätte nach unserem Geschmack ein bisschen ausreichender ausgestattet sein dürfen. Geschirr und Kochzubehör war recht übersichtlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; dennoch gibt es zwei Dinge, die man wissen sollte. Erstens ist die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz tatsächlich schwieriger als beschrieben. Die Gassen sind enorm eng, kurvig und steiler als erwartet. Wir sind zu 6. mit einem Seat Alhambra angereist und genau einmal mit großen Mühen für Mensch und Auto auf den sehr engen Parkplatz gefahren; noch einmal runter und den Rest der Zeit mit viel Suche nach Parkplätzen im Ort über die Runden gekommen. Wir würden allein deshalb nicht wieder in die Villa fahren, da das Aus- und Beladen sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat. Mit kleineren Fahrzeugen wahrscheinlich besser machbar. Der zweite Punkt ist, dass sich kaum jemand an die Ruhezeiten zur Nutzung der Pools hält und ebenso wenig an die Ruhezeiten in den Abendstunden. Das mag nicht stören, wenn man mit großen Kindern oder kinderlos unterwegs ist. Wenn man, wie wir, aber mit einem zweijährigen Kind reist, kann das durchaus störend für den Schlaf des Kindes sein, da die Anlage sowohl innen als auch außen sehr geräuschfördernd ist.
