Near the beach

The property is large and needed regular heating when we stayed in December. Much of the furniture and fittings showed their age and generally things need updating. Certainly in the summer it may feel better. The position of the property was good in that the beach could be reached easily, so again in summer would be fine. However, it was impossible to walk anywhere with dogs other than the beach or around houses so we had to drive out. Also impossible to walk to any shops as no pavements and quite a long way to go.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und fĂŒhlten uns beim Paolo immer gut wahrgenommen!Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die zu bemĂ€ngeln waren, die aber gut mit Paolo klĂ€ren konnten.Der Weg zum Strand war objektiv gesehen lĂ€nger als 300 Meter und auch sehr belebt!Da wir mit dem Auto da waren, haben wir uns unsere StrĂ€nde gesucht!Ein bisserl mehr Besteck wĂ€ren toll, lies sich mit dem GeschirrspĂŒler gut kompensieren .FĂŒr uns eine tolle Zeit in einer guten Unterkunft!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo war unkompliziert ĂŒber WhatsApp und er hat mir alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Das Check-In war genauso unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus hat uns total staunen lassen. Es war schöner als auf den Fotos, es hat einen wunderbaren Garten, genug Platz und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und hat uns die NĂ€chte mit einem Kleinkind sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir hatten total unsere Ruhe und dennoch konnten wir innerhalb wenigen Gehminuten das Meer und mehrere Restaurants erreichen. Ich möchte mir herzlich fĂŒr diese perfekten Ferien bedanken! und hoffentlich bis bald

Das Haus ist grosszĂŒgig gebaut. Alles war sehr sauber gereinigt und die RĂ€ume waren sinnvoll eingerichtet. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten lĂ€dt zum Verweilen ein. Das Meer kann problemlos zu Fuss erreicht werden. Sehr gerne besuchen wir dieses Haus wieder einmal.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat sehr viel Potential, es ist gerĂ€umig und alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Nur die KĂŒche, wie schon von Anderen erwĂ€hnt, sollte erneuert werden und ggf. mit mehr WeinglĂ€sern bestĂŒckt werden. Eine angenehme Terasse ist vorhanden, der Garten ĂŒbersichtlich und gut mit BĂ€umen beschattet. Die Umgebung ist angenehm, 10Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, GaststĂ€tten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Gute SupermĂ€rkte in 10 Autominuten erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Lage ist super (nur 5 min zu Fuß) vom Strand entfernt und auch fĂŒr Motorrad AusflĂŒge optimal geeignet. Alles da was man braucht auch wenn einiges Inventar schon Ă€lter ist. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten dort eine schöne Zeit. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, die drei BĂ€der sind perfekt fĂŒr mehrere Personen. Wir hatten dort eine gute Zeit. Allerdings ist die KĂŒche schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gehört erneuert. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch perfekt, in 300 Metern ist der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto können von da viele schöne AusflĂŒge gestartet werden. Empfehlenswert sind die StrĂ€nde von OrrĂŹ und Girasole

l annonce disait 3 grands lits et il n y en avait que 2, c était 2 petits lits. En haut la salle de bain est faite pour des gens de petites tailles, c est petit et ce n est pas une salle de bain alors que c était écrit 3. Il manque 1 clim dans la piÚce principale, c est dommage avec la chaleur qu il fait en août . Par contre Paolo comme Thérésa sont trÚs reactifs à nos messages. Merci à eux pour ça !

Overall a good time in Arbatax

The house was well equipped and in a pleasantly quiet area . Though close to the beach and within a decent range to the main amenities . Arbatax is also central to many sights and within a few kilometers to extraordinary beaches . We used our bicicles a lot.
