Apartment with excellent sea views, just 100 meters from the beach. It consists of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with excellent views of the sea and mountains, internet connection, flat TV Smart TV 49 ”with international channels and if you have a Netflix account you can log in (customer account). It has centralized air conditioning throughout the apartment. Private parking for 1 vehicle in community covered parking with remote control. The building has 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 for adults and a separate children's pool, open seasonally with green areas, umbrellas and public restroom from 10am to 10pm (subject to changes by community).

Perfect Apartment in Penoncillo
We just had the perfect getaway in this beautifully finished apartment. The location, secure parking and all the facilities needed and more were complimented by the stunning view from the large balcony. The lovely host Marisa ensured we had all information to hand and arrival went without a hitch. We relaxed completely for the entire stay, and are really pleased to have found such a wonderful place. Our stay was a real pleasure, and we will definitely be looking to go back next year.

Marisa's apartment was lovely, as was Marisa. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The sunrise from the spacious balcony was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and tidy, it had everything there that you need. Just a stones thro from the beach. Its a 25minute walk to Torrox main area. Would highly recommend.10/10

As a regular renter of holiday apartments I found that everything about this rental to be one of the best I have experienced. Often during a rental something crops up which you would like but is not available but not here as it is equipped as well as any home.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Meerblick
Wir waren begeistert von dem sehr schönen liebevoll und umfassend eingerichteten 2 Zimmer Appartement. Bestens mit allem ausgestattet Wunderbar auch der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse. Morgen Sonne. Das Meer ist in 50 m zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute und preiswerte Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Überaus freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit ist die Eigentümerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Incluso tiene más enseres de lo publicado, como toallas de playa, plancha, secador,detergente, jabón y champú,... vamos que solo tienes que preocuparte de comprar comida, prácticamente. La propietaria muy atenta en todo momento.
