Ask about FALL BONUS NIGHTS: BOOK 2 nights-get 3rd for free: Located right by the lake. HEATED private pool and spa. OPEN 365 days- EVEN IN WINTER !! Explore local shops on Queens St. Swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace.
**note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM

Our gourmet kitchen has wonderful views either of the backyard with a salt water HEATED pool and hot TUB ( both NEVER CLOSE and are open 365 Days a year). The Beaches boardwalk is right beside our home. During winter months, there is a local skating rink you can see off our deck

The kitchen has a bar top area and stools as well as a table in with pullout leafs to extend ( extra chairs in basement) We keep the kitchen stocked with delicious food supplies to make your cooking easier - not just salt, pepper and oil. Fridge has an ice maker and we have lots of dishes and glassware and Coffee makers. (regular drip, Nespresso and Kurig) with coffee and pods

Business travelers also like our dining room because there is a lot of space to spread out, lap top areas, etc.

Washrooms.... 4 in total are all stocked with nice shampoo, conditioner etc

Top floor master bedroom is like it's own apartment with 2 outdoor decks, heated towel rack, lots of storage and hanging space, black out screens, linens, King Size bed.

2nd floor has 3 bedrooms.... Queen, Queen and Single. All have a soft toppers, with duvets, the single bed has the option of flannel sheets. There is also a crib in the single bedroom.

Basement has heated floors and a 65 inch, 4k TV with a comfortable couch (with pull out QUEEN Bed) & sitting area, dining table + 4 chairs. Large Capacity washer and Dryer (laundry detergent provided)

We are close by and available for our guests

The Beach is the original vacation area for Toronto residents at the turn of the last century. It has a warm neighborhood feel and is very close to the downtown core (9 min car ride) if you want a quick city break.

24 hour transit on Queen Street (end of our street), is very handy and I use it often, to get downtown.

Business travelers usually book for 4 adults & love the quick access ( 11 min car ride ) to financial center of downtown.

Our home is incredible for families as our home is situated right next to the lake, backing onto Kew Beach park, surrounded by nature and play grounds! Fantastic trails and the boardwalk …and an easy walk up to the great restaurants on Queen st

Location location location

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a few seconds away from an amazing park, the beautiful lake and broad walk and a couple minutes away from a wading pool and play structure that my kids really enjoyed. Staying so close to the beach is so nice as you can be home for lunch and then go back out. The swimming pool was fantastic, loved the waterfall feature and the spa as well. The house was super clean, beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful. Last but not least the host (Miles) is super helpful and friendly, both before we arrived and during our stay, just a quick text or short phone call away. Couldn't have been happier! Thank you Miles!

What a lovely property! The lake and boardwalk is literally steps away and the backyard borders a huge park. Miles is a gracious host and was very helpful. The house is well stocked and spacious. We had a girlfriend weekend and we loved every minute.

Everything was great. We had a family of 8 there and we all had a great time. The owner even left the pool on for us and the hot tub was great! Definitely recommend this property. thanks for everything ,had a great weekend..

The perfect accommodations

This house is in an idyllic location. You can easily walk to the beach, grab coffee or lunch just a block away, and enjoy everything Toronto has to offer using public transport or car sharing services. Miles is a gracious and generous host. And, the house itself is great for families. I highly recommend this urban oasis.

Best place to stay in Toronto for 3 couples or family

We had a fantastic five day stay (Thu-Mon) at Miles' house at the Beaches. We were 3 couples, so having three good sized bedrooms with Queen beds was perfect. There is a fourth bedroom with a single bed. The house is in the Beaches area, a short walk to the beach, backs up right on the park and is few block walk to Queen Street with all the shops and restaurants. The tram goes right down Queen St. to take you to downtown Toronto, although we primarily used Lyft/Uber. Our trip was during the Toronto Jazz Festival (free), so Thu-Sat nights we enjoyed walking up and down Queen St listening to the various bands and enjoying the food and people watching. We found the house to be great location for taking our sightseeing trips around Toronto (Fort York, Casa Loma, Distillery District, Harbour Islands boat tour, St. Lawrence Market, etc.). And probably the best thing was coming back to Miles' house in the afternoon and enjoying the private pool and spa with wine and cheese. We were able to check in early to leave our luggage at the house, and then Miles came by and filled us in on the best restaurants and shops nearby. Miles lives nearby and knows the area very well. One of best dinners was at Veluote Bistro, which Miles pointed us to and told us to mention his name, which got us personal attention from the chef. Other nearby restaurants that we really liked were Xola (Mexican), Green Eggplant (Mediterranean & breakfast), and the Stone Lion (Pub food). We all thought that Miles' place was the absolute best place to stay in Toronto - and having Miles as the host and the Jazz Festival made it even better.

Best location! Great host!

We had two families both with young children. Safe neighborhood close to everything, groceries, Starbucks, great restaurants and shops. Best part is you are right in a beautiful park with Lake Ontario on a few steps away! Home was clean and well stocked, hosts were able to recommend some great restaurants and activities. Getting downtown was a short 10-15 min drive and very easy. When I return to Toronto this home is my 1st choice!

Siber Family Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend at Vickie's place! We were there for a family celebration, but it was difficult to get the kids to leave the house! 4 adults and 4 children enjoyed everything about the rental. Every room was comfortable, extras (blankets, dishes, etc.) were always available and the kids LOVED the pool area. This is such a fantastic neighborhood and the location is an easy walk to tons of great food, shopping, recreation and the beach, which you can see from most rooms in the house. We hope to come back again and again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family House

The location in the Beaches was the perfect setting for our family gathering. From the park in your backyard to the lakeshore boardwalk and beach to the shopping and restaurants at the top of the street, everything was in walking distance. The house is as described, "Not your average rental" as it is very clean, well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, cooking supplies, comfortable beds and sitting area's, very peaceful neighbourhood, renovated and modern. The family was there upon arrival to offer assistance, explain the necessary technology and available if any further assistance was required. I would definitely return to this property next time I am in Toronto and highly recommend it to others, being just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown yet minutes away by car or even streetcar truly leaves you feeling like a local!
