Air conditioning, wifi. 5 min (5km) drive to Tolmin the main town of the Soca Valley for shops and restaurants. Good bar/ pizza place a 3 minute walk. House sleeps 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms, plus 2 more people can be accommodated in living room sofa bed. House has small private garden. Private parking space and in front of the house for up to 3 cars.

This was a perfect base for our exploration of the area and activities we had planned. It suited our family’s needs and the garden has a beautiful view of the Julian Alps to look at when you sit at the outside table. The host was prompt and effective with communication due to an initial minor issue. The local town is approximately a 5 minute drive with supermarket, cash point machines, pharmacy etc. The bakery in Kanal on the main road was open early to late with a wide range of bread, sweet and savoury pastries.
