Fantastic hotel close to the subway. The location was great three stops on the subway to Disney and also three stops to Tokyo Station. The amenities were fantastic, and the Onsen was so nice to have on site and free. This hotel is also very clean and modern. And what a bonus to have a Family Mart connected to the hotel with a 7-11 just down the road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again.

It was amazing hotel but the only thing was charging for the guest in the room. I booked a king room and they charged per person even if I had that one room. And they told me last minute so I had to come up with 400 dollars out of nowhere.

This is my second stay with this hotel. Each stay has been excellent and I don’t think I can imagine myself staying at another hotel when visiting Japan. While it is further away from the hustle and bustle of places like shibuya, shinjuku, etc., it’s care by its staff and convenience next to a station make a it a great option to stay at.

Room was ok but not sure why is this rates as exceptional. Carpet are ripped and dated, this is just at the front desk elevator where you are entering to your rooms for the first time. Not a good impression. Welcoming staff at the counter was rude and not what hotel of this rating should have. Also no Netflix or YouTube for free, we can't expect all travellers have accounts and in hotels of this calibre this sort of entertainment should be readily available. Ok stay but nothing flash

Close enough to city (2 stops away from Tokyo station). But after day surrounded by crowds and lights a welcome sanctuary to return to. Quiet location and so well sound proofed you'd never know it was a fully booked hotel. Stayed in quad room family of 4 with teens. No issues with space. Immaculately kept. Very functional design. If you have option to add breakfast buffet to your stay - do it. It's 4000 yen pp as a walk in but even that price is worth it.
