Location location location ! Me n my husband stayed here for 4 nights just last week and we loved the neighborhood. It was not our first time in Japan but first time in this area, airport transportation drop was just one subway station away therefore it’s very convenience to / from the airport . The neighborhood is quite but closed to everything ! Subway/convenience stores (711 Lawson family mart .. yes all 3) /supermarkets/many food options around ! Al though sofa n sitting area need a hardware upgrade but overall stay was pleasant. Hotel staff were very helpful and let us stored our luggages there due to a flight delayed as we did not know what to do with them. If you are looking for a reasonable & spacious place to stay during your stay . this will be the place . Met my expectation :). Thank you for the hospitality .

The facilities are old and looks dirty. The staff does not speak English. The staff cheated me extra 1000 yen for so called "late check-out" for 50mins. I have lived over tens of hotels never with such charges. I am not sure whether such policy has clearly stated on the wed before booking.

My stay was good, the staff didn’t speak any English but I used a translator on my phone so we could communicate, first room they attempted to give me was very small, had a odor and the window was against a wall, I explained to staff (through translate) that it was my husbands birthday and I was able to upgrade with a charge but we ended up having a nicer room, and staff was friendly

Do not recommend until they renovate or change the water damage walls/wall paper. Get some new curtains, fix that shower. Etc. very run down, giving motel vibes. Staff sweet though. Air conditioning good but still smelling musty and moldy. They did provide a dehumidifier and that still didn’t change the smell of the room. Carpeting need a good chance it has done it’s time. Etc.

Lovely staff. Breakfast had no choice and simply alternates between Japanese and ‘Western’ plate. Fair way out of centre but inexpensive as a result and next to MTR. Bonus of massage chair in our room!
