Going there once but not twice

After being hassled for the past few days by the host for leaving a review, I will detail point by point the different aspects of my note. 2,5 points for the location which is almost ideal located on the Oedo line which allows you to go to tourist places or to reach major stations, the apartment is 10/15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Three Konbini just down the apartment which means you don't have to run to do your shopping. 0,5 point for the bed which was really nice the rest of the equipment being basic I would not add additional points. In terms of comfort, being located next to a road is very noisy, in addition to the fact that the window above the bed lets in light, If you are a light sleeper this appartement is not for you. Last and not least, for the host you are only a customer, nothing more, do not dare to ask him something he will not answer you, Moreover, having forgotten something in the apartment, I did not receive any message from him to tell me that I had forgotten something in his apartment, For 1800$ for two weeks I find that all simply inadmissible, Yes we use the apartment as a guest, But it seems to me that answering a simple question or sending me a message to tell me that I forgot something would not be a luxury.
