The only thing is the hotel is kind of hard to find when you coming for first time and coming on the metro station but other then that’s I will use it again on my next trip to Japan.

I would like to personally thank the front desk for extending our check out time by 30 mins. One of our kids was unwell and they helped us become a member and got us the late check out. Although we didn’t really stay till that time, it was nice they helped a family. Specifically, a young and brilliant concierge named So Jaehyuk who helped us get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. He was kind, informative, spoke great english and really went out of his way to show enterprise and a resourceful attitude. We wish i’m all the very best for his Internship at the hotel. And are super thankful!

Hotel staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Hotel location was the best. Bathroom was a bit outdated though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our vacation.
