The owner provided very helpful info starting from directions to get there from the train station (or even via drive or taxi), to a smooth check-in process, to clear and simple house rules, to wifi access, and even to the English instructions (with pictures) of each remote control unit and appliances in the house! The location is perfect, with only 5-7 mins easy walk from Ochiai train station and very close to convenience stores, food & restaurants, cafes, and parking. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house is clean, complete, and has enough space for our family of 5. Definitely a 5 star! Would highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable and it fit my family of 5 (grown kids) well. It was conveniently located near a station. Walkable neighborhood with access to convenient stores and restaurants. We stayed in December and it was cold. There were room heaters but it still was pretty cold in the house. Otherwise it worked well. Nothing glamorous but functional. Thanks for the nice stay.
