The room was good however it was disappointing that our view was mostly the side of the building. We paid a lot more to have a room with a view but we unfortunately didn’t get that. I also wasn’t aware that the rooms didn’t get fully serviced every day. I would’ve thought at the prices I paid that we would have daily house keeping but we only had our bin emptied and new towels daily, everything else was left as it was, no beds made, no cups cleaned or replaced, literally just towels and empty bins. Breakfast was terrible too. We had breakfast included in the price and it was the same plate every day which really didn’t represent an American breakfast as stated. And when we asked can we just have 2 croissants and nothing else we were told no only 1 as it came on the plate. It really didn’t make any sense, we asked for nothing else but 2 croissants so the logic there didn’t make any sense. On expedi we booked this room as it clearly states it sleeps 8 people in the room, but we were told on arrival we could only have 4 and had to buy another room. I showed the desk staff what Expedia says but they said it was wrong. So what could we do but pay another 3k for another room. Overall it was extremely over priced and I was really really disappointed in our main room with the bad view and the bars across the window too.

Like the size of the room with comfortable tatami like floor, huge bath tub, strong water strength and posh looking toilet . Basin area is huge and nice too . 1 star for a staff who shower impatience when I enquired about the washer use with credit card. His attitude only changed when he realized his understanding was not correct. This could be improved for better customer experience.

Booked 3 rooms and they were all sizable and comfortable for our group. The rooms were clean, stocked with nice hotel amenities, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is non-smoking, has great views, is located on the 14th floor, which is above a large food court area, and is close to the Gotanda train station. We spent a couple of days here before leaving Japan, and we enjoyed our stay. The train commute from this hotel to Narita was over an hour; Haneda is a much closer airport to this location.

The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was spacious, and the views amazing. It was an easy location to get around Tokyo and explore the city from. I’d recommend it for any first time visitors.

Rooms were great for one person or a couple. I was there in my own room, so plenty of space. First time in Japan, so it took a while to get used to the shower room (whole room is a shower) and loved the Japanese toilets. The lobby is on the 14th floor and then they have five floors of rooms above. All amenities were available. The common areas were well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the street level, there is a full food court and coffee places, so you don’t have to leave the building if it is raining or you don’t want to. I would recommmend this as a great option to anyone coming to Japan. The trains were a five minute walk and there was ample convenience stores on almost every corner. Very convenient while being a location outside of the hustle that is the main areas of Tokyo.

Amazing stay
