Great Hotel. Clean, friendly and attentive staff. Phenomenal breakfast. The only complaint is that Sam as most buildings in Japan. What is the obsession with cranking the heat? It’s always way way way too warm inside. Other than that, flawless.

This is a clean modern hotel with typical Tokyo sized rooms. The room is cleverly designed and offer more storage space than expected. The location is in a commercial district but the new Takanawa Gateway mall is fantastic. Service was excellent and every member of the team have been helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We definitely will stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The housekeeper cleans our room daily and replaces the towels. Their breakfast is okay. I wish they would update the menu every day. Still, I really like their fresh fruit. I would love to see an egg omelet and maybe some smoked salmon.
