Check-in experience was very unpleasant. The staff was very non-cooperative. I had booked a Premier grand room, including breakfast. I had a mid morning flight to catch from Narita airport the next day. I was advised that it will take two hours by Taxi, which means I had to leave earlier and would miss breakfast. Since breakfast was paid for, I requested them to give me a small takeaway. They refused to provide the same, giving absurd reasons like.”security issues” saying we don’t know when you will consume it. Haven’t heard more ridiculous reason in my 40 years of travel and experience with the most Premier hotels around the globe. Premier hotels go out of the way to accommodate Guest requests. Here a simple request for a breakfast takeaway, which was already paid for was denied. If it were not for the beautiful room, I would not even be Rating the two stars I’ve given.
